Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Delivery times & cost

Standard (5–10 business days) — free on orders over $29, otherwise calculated at checkout.
Express (2–5 business days) — available for most destinations; price shown at checkout.

Things to know

Color-contact regulations vary by country; the customer is responsible for local import rules.
Lost or delayed parcels: contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
